Adam Parker Smith
Adam Parker Smith (born in 1978 in Arcata, California) is a sculptor and installation artist. He studied at the University of California, Santa Cruz (Bachelor's degree in Painting, 2000), at the Tyler School of Art, Temple University (Master's degree in Painting, 2003), and at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture (2008).
In 2015, he received the New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship in Painting and participated in artist residencies at Abron Arts Center, Wave Hill, Triangle, Swing Space, Sculpture Space, and the Atlantic Center for the Arts, among others. Smith lives and works in Brooklyn.
